What services does iLab TN offer?

We provide prototyping, 3D products, web and app development, branding and social media administration, startup incubation, electronics, and workshops. Additionally, we offer tailored solutions for businesses and entrepreneurs.

Where is iLab TN located?

We are in Sfax, Tunisia: AV. Mejida Boulila, Immeuble El Mokhtar. However, many services are available remotely across Tunisia.

How do I request a demo or a custom project?

First, fill the contact form or send an email. Then, we schedule a short call to define scope, timeline, and budget. After that, we send a project proposal.

Do you accept partnership proposals?

Yes. Please email a one-page proposal or use the partnership form. We review submissions and reply with next steps.

Do you sell finished products or only prototypes?

We do both. Some projects result in prototypes only, while others become finished products. We publish availability per project.

How long does a prototype project take?

Timelines vary by complexity. Typically, simple prototypes take 4–8 weeks. We provide a specific schedule after requirements are confirmed.

What is your delivery policy?

We deliver via a shipping company. Delivery time and cost depend on destination. We provide tracking details for each shipment.

What is your returns and defect policy?

If a product is defective or damaged, contact us within three (3) days of delivery. We will inspect the issue and propose a solution. Also, customers may modify products themselves when applicable.

Do you offer support and maintenance?

Yes. For most projects we provide support options. In addition, we offer maintenance packages on request. Terms are defined in the project agreement.

How do I track my project?

We send regular updates by email or WhatsApp. For larger projects, we provide scheduled progress reports and milestone reviews.

Do you store the personal data I submit?

Yes. We store contact and project data until you request deletion. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Do you process EU/EEA personal data?

Yes. When applicable, we process data in compliance with law and use safeguards for international transfers.

Are your services age-restricted?

Our services are open to all ages. However, some workshops may have age recommendations. Please check each workshop’s details.

Can I visit your office?

Yes. However, please contact us first so we can arrange a meeting and ensure a staff member is available.
